Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, it will be provided via ACH. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
A copy of lease will be provided if requested. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, David has a brokers license and can provide brokerage services. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Via ACH. All proceeds are delivered the first day of the following month. -
How is rent collection handled?
Via resident portal or checks via USPS. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Leases will typically end May, June or July. -
How much security deposit do you charge the resident?
One month's rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
ASAP -
What type of properties do you manage?
BRS manages an assortment of single family homes, condos, townhomes, and multi family properties. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
BRS provides our owners with Monthly income and expense reports. -
