Can you hold a place before I apply?

Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Security deposit, pet deposit and 1st months rent needs to be paid on or before the date of move in in order to receive your keys. -

Is the deposit refundable?
The security deposit is refundable if all terms of the lease have been fulfilled. -

How do I pay rent?

I want to get a pet. What do I do?
If you have a pet or are wanting to add a pet to an existing lease you must make a request in writing for the owner to review. All additions of pets are at the Management and Owners discretion and are not guaranteed. If approved you will need to create a pet profile through the pet screening link. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
